Giving Back

Social responsibility is not just an extra-curricular activity at MMM Group. As a firm that has offices in communities across the country, we are aware of how we can use our expertise and energies to directly contribute to the neighbourhoods where we live and work, and enrich the quality of people’s lives. This philosophy is incorporated into the community-transformation work we take on, as well as the way we come together as a team to contribute.

With our combined expertise in buildings, design, planning, environmental science, and project management, we are in an ideal position to lend a hand to many social initiatives. The programs we contribute to reflect this particular perspective and expertise.

Mentoring

Through guest teaching spots and lectures at Canadian universities, colleges, and schools; and playing active roles in leading volunteer committees and professional associations; MMM team members enjoy sharing our passion and expertise with the next generation.

Giving Back to the Community

Throughout its office locations, MMM team members take pride in leading, and participating in, events and initiatives that raise money and awareness to enrich the lives of others. Many of our employees play active roles in volunteer committees and charitable causes, and as a firm MMM comes together to lead and participate in events and initiatives that raise money and awareness to enrich the quality of people’s lives.

Fundraising / Awareness Campaigns

MMM’s employees each have distinct passions that inspire them to donate, fundraise, and promote causes that serve others. Spanning environmental, social, and health initiatives, these activities are actively supported by MMM through our local offices.

Sustainability Initiatives

At MMM, we not only look to contribute to the sustainability of our projects, but also green our own operations. Through MMM’s Sustainability Committee, our employees are encouraged to find and champion new ways of reducing our environmental footprint. We have a variety of strategies for improving our physical office space, our operations, and our individual commutes.
