A Full-Service Approach to Improved Building Performance

Beyond typical commissioning, Building Performance refers to all aspects of a building’s operation: energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality and comfort, envelope air-tightness and water-shedding, facility and document management, incentive procurement for performance upgrading, and much more.

Both new and existing facilities will benefit from the suite of services provided by our Building Performance team.

Whether new or existing, owners, managers and occupants expect that their buildings will perform; that is, that they will provide comfortable conditions with reasonable operating and maintenance costs and effort. In reality, most buildings struggle to actually perform.
Designated a Certified Commissioning Firm, by the Building Commissioning Association, MMM has one of the country’s largest multidisciplinary commissioning teams with national and international experience. Our team combines skills and expertise in commissioning, energy analysis, web-based facility management, and building science, to provide complete solutions. This provides single-point responsibility, effective communication, and a high level of responsiveness for customer service for which we are nationally recognized and respected.
Our Building Performance services include:

  • Comprehensive commissioning for new and existing buildings
  • Building science and envelope commissioning
  • Energy management, audits and retrofit support
  • Facility management support software (SeawoodFM)

With offices across Canada, and an eye to holistically addressing performance challenges, MMM Group’s Building Performance team offers the full range of services needed for new buildings to perform properly and to keep existing buildings performing well for years to come.
