Several MMM Group projects were named among Toronto’s top new buildings at the annual PUG Awards. The awards are determined by online public voting, and give citizens a chance to shine a light on popular, and unpopular, building projects throughout the city – nominating them for the ‘Hall of Fame and Shame’.

MMM winners included:

  • 500 Wellington and 650 King West, the two top residential projects, for which we provided LEED, energy modeling, and commissioning,
  • York University Life Sciences, which came in 11th on the commercial building list, and for which we provided LEED, energy modeling, and commissioning, and
  • The Four Seasons hotel, the 10th best commercial project, for which we provided mechanical and electrical engineering, IT, Security, and A/V consulting.
