MMM provided existing building commissioning services for five Oxford Properties Group buildings including the Marine Building
- This 20-storey, 170,585 sq. ft. commercial office building was constructed in 1930.
- Objective of the project was to comply with BC Hydro Power Smart Continuous Optimization Program for commercial buildings
- Focused on operations and maintenance issues that significantly impacted indoor environmental quality, improved building operations, and reduced energy consumption of the facility
- Identified 13 no- or low-cost energy conservation measures, 137,742 kWh of energy savings (approximately 4% of annual electricity consumption savings), and 1,237 GJ of steam savings (approximately 21% of annual steam consumption)
