- MMM worked with a multidisciplinary team, led by WZMH Architects, to prepare the urban streetscape design, green roof, and tree management plan for this LEED candidate, 39-storey office tower
- Design met the Toronto Green Standards, which required further sustainable design and urban elements to be integrated into the site
- Sustainable features included a green roof, Silva Cell tree planting pits within the streetscape, rain water irrigation, and locally sourced materials wherever possible.
- Extensive bicycle parking was provided, both above and below ground, to encourage green commuting to the new office building.
