Cutting-edge campus building was designed to LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge (LBC) certifications

  • Responsible for the design and construction monitoring of all new campus exterior spaces and building landscape systems to meet the most rigorous sustainability criteria possible
  • Sustainable features include blackwater and greywater recycling; an extensive, native plant green roof; the use of biofiltration swales; and a high-efficiency, non-potable water irrigation system
  • Performance criteria include net-zero energy and net-zero water consumption
